You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Daily Affirmations - Desire. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

When using the app, you agree not to:

Some features may require you to create an account or provide an email address. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

You may be able to create or submit content (such as notes, decks, or other materials). You keep ownership of the content you create.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, sync, and display that content across your devices solely to operate and provide the app to you. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any law or the rights of others.

The app may offer one-time purchases or subscriptions. Prices and what is included are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your device's account settings.

Purchases are processed by the relevant app store, and refunds are handled under that store's policies: refunds for purchases on the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's procedures, and refunds on Google Play (where applicable) are subject to Google's policies.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. By using the app, you consent to those practices.

The app, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Rohit Saluja and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for your own use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our permission, except as allowed by law.

The app may use or link to third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rohit Saluja will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, you agree that we may share information about your usage of the app (consumption data) with Apple to help resolve refund requests and reduce fraud, in accordance with Apple's requirements.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply, and you acknowledge that:

We may suspend or end your access to the app at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the app. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
